For the 4th year in a row, Oxford emerged victorious of the Atlantic Cup!! The dark blues have done it again and remained undefeated in all their matches this year with Cambridge, Yale and Harvard Polo clubs.
On the first day, Oxford, Cambridge, Harvard and Yale met at KPPC for the first preliminary matches of the AC 2019. Oxford shoed the tabs with a final score of 6-2, while Harvard joined in the shoeing by beating Cambridge 8-3!!
Oxford dominated the New World on the second day, beating Yale 8-2 after four exciting chukkas! Harvard also won against Yale, ending the game with a nice score of 10-0.5.
On the final day of the tournament, OUPC won 8-2 against Harvard, while Cambridge beat Yale with a close final score of 6.5-6! This win was a beautiful ending to our players’ very successful summer season. Thank you to our hard-working Fixtures officer Andrew Ramos, who made all of this possible
A big thank you also to Kirtlington Polo Club and Cambridge County Polo Club for having us on your pitches, Oxford Polo for your horses, Polo Images for your pictures and as always to all our sponsors: @lamartinapolo, @clinovaors, @thepolocafe, @florencelondonuk and Allen&Jain
