As Chair, Diana helps with the smooth running of the committee. Some of her happiest memories in Oxford have been with OUPC so she hopes to ensure that others have the same experience.

As Captain, Matt oversees player development, organises fixtures and tournaments, leads tactics sessions, and facilitates off-field training sessions for our teams.

Polo Manager

As Polo Manager, Melissa liaises with the coaches to organise lessons during term-time for all skill-levels, and coordinates taster sessions.

As OUPC Secretary, Suf organises communication in the committee, supports the chairman's role, and manages the Club email account, the Weekly Email, the membership database, and meeting minutes.

As Treasurer, Yuhan handles anything money-related and plays a crucial role in managing the club’s finances.

Kate Baliaeva
Head of Partnerships & Brand
​
As Head of Partnerships & Brand, she will work closely with the Chairman and Treasurer to manage partnerships and donors, lead the annual stash order, and develop the club’s branding and partnership strategy, while coordinating with the Social Secretary and Social Media Officers on social media and event promotion.

Karina's primary responsibilities include organising and overseeing all social events and engagements for the club for both playing and social OUPC members.

Hector Worsley
Head Coach and Polo Manager at Oxford Polo
​
It is fair to say that Hector is a natural horseman, since childhood he has been a keen rider covering a wide variety of equine disciplines. His polo career took off in 2007 with his local Pony Club and subsequently for Stowe School, then at Kirtlington Park Polo Club and beyond. Hector’s hard working determined attitude and natural affinity with horses has led to him managing Oxford Polo. Awarded Coach of the Year at Oxford University’s prestigious Sports Awards, Hector’s coaching skills are second to none for both beginners and established players.
