The Atlantic Cup is an annual tournament between the four most elite universities in the world, bringing together the greatest polo players of the Oxford University Polo Club, Cambridge University Polo Club, Harvard Polo Club, and Yale Polo Club.

Inaugurated in 2002, when Yale Polo Club issued a challenge to the Oxford and Cambridge Polo clubs, it has since grown to include Harvard Polo Club in a battle for Trans-Atlantic domination. The Tournament serves not only as a show of some of the best university-level polo but fosters the precious connections between the top institutions in the UK and the US.

Oxford emerged victorious at last year's tournament, held at Kirtlington Park Polo Club (Oxford) and Cambridge County Polo Club (Cambridge), with Harvard coming in second, Cambridge coming in third and Yale finishing last.
